Taskumets is an innovative initiative developed by FUTU architects in partnership with Tallinn - European Green Capital 2023 program. Its primary purpose is to increase public awareness regarding environmental sustainability. Rather than using square meters as a measurement, the project employs a parking lot size, which is a relatable, easily replicable, and scalable unit.
Within these units, various surfaces are depicted, showcasing diverse plant species, an abundance of pollinators, and restored soil. The overarching objective is to create a thriving and enriched ecosystem.
